Willow Brooke Farm is proud to host beverage services for all events hosted on the property. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff works closely with the venue to provide a level of service and easy flow unmatched by a 3rd party provider.
We are a full-service, fully licensed and insured beverage provider.
What to expect when booking your bar services with Willow Brooke Farm

Signing the contract to book your event at Willow Brooke Farm also confirms the date for beverage services. A $500 deposit will be added to your venue bill that will go towards your beverage package.
Willow Brooke Events hosts the bar for all events on the property.

Our Bar and Sales Coordinator will contact you 6 months prior to your event date through your personal wedding portal regarding the initial beverage planning stage. You will discuss your estimated guest count, estimated length of bar service, whether you plan to host any drinks, have a cash bar, and any other details or questions that you wish to discuss.
You will be provided with a preliminary quote in which 50% would be due

At least 30 days prior to your event, you will be contacted for the final beverage planning stage.
We will need your final beverage details, timeline, guest count, upgrade requests, signature drink choices, day of drink choices for the Barrel Lounge and Farmhouse. At this time, we will adjust your invoice and discuss final payments.

How To Order
1. Pick your package
Consumption Bar
Prepay for beverages up to a determined, dollar amount. Once that amount is reached, guests will pay for their own beverages.
Cash Bar
Guests pay for their own beverages. Pricing for drinks ranges from $5-$9. Debit and credit cards are also accepted. Credit card fees apply.
2. Make it yours
Wine, Beer, Seltzers, Liquor, and Non-Alcoholic

How about custom wine labels?
Don’t forget to think about the drinks you’d like us to stock in the Barrel Lounge or Farmhouse while you enjoy getting ready for your big day.
3. Set the Where, when, and Who
Where?
We have four available bar options:
In the White Willow Barn (reception space)
On the back patio of the White Willow Barn (great cocktail hour location for Historic Barn ceremonies)
Under the Pavilion (great cocktail hour location for Vineyard ceremonies)
You can also rent the Cedar Sip mobile bar to compliment the Pavilion.
When?
Set the schedule for your day. We will work with you to decide when you would like to start cocktail hour for your guests and where. Once cocktail hour is over, the only bar open will be in the White Willow Barn.
Who?
We’ll need an estimated guest count (how many 21+ and how many underage) 6 months prior and a final count 30 days before your event.

We will also connect with our Venue Managers to make sure everyone is on the same page and transitions are seamless.
