Beccah Risdall brings her years of management experience in the financial services industry to Willow Brooke Farm and Vineyard. Her dedication to ensuring the hospitality and personal connection is there from the beginning of the process through to the end of the event is her commitment to you. Willow Brooke Farm was designed, built, and is maintained with the utmost care. Beccah is committed to satisfying your wedding or event needs, and is honored to offer this barn wedding venue as a nearby location for your event. 

Kylie Spatenka, Venue Sales and Event Manager

After planning her own wedding as well as working at The Darby House in Columbus, Ohio, Kylie found her true passion for the wedding and event industry! She knows just how much effort and detail that goes into planning a wedding and is here to help you every step of the way! Kylie and her husband have decided to move back to Minnesota and she is continuing her career here at Willow Brooke Farm as our Venue Sales and Event Manager. She takes pride in her work and will go above and beyond to ensure that you have the best, most memorable day ever!

jaycee gilbertson, Venue Sales, Event Manager, and TOUR GUIDE

Before stepping into her role as Venue Sale & Event Manager, Jayce worked as a photography studio manager, designing photos albums, including weddings, and helping tell loves stories in a new and fun way. She developed a deep appreciation for the thought and detail that goes into planning a wedding and loves being a part of such a special time in people's lives.

Jaycee thrives in a creative environment where she can collaborate, problem-solve and make each event unique. Seeing out couples and their guests completely satisfied with their experience is what makes this role so rewarding for her.

eva mandelkow, bAR AND SALES COORDINATOr

You might not see much of her in person, but you better believe that Eva is behind the scenes making sure the boxes are checked! The many years in this industry in various roles from a banquet server as a teenager to bartending then bar management has given her the experience and dedication she brings to the team.

She will work with you to bring the visions you have for your big day to life! Plan your drink menu, signature drinks, custom wine labels, toasts, and even daytime cocktails while you enjoy getting ready for the big moment.

JENNA SWANSON, MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Jenna was born and raised right here in Red Wing, Minnesota and loves her community. She is passionate about creating and making memories for our guests here at Willow Brooke. With a background in photography, she knows how important it is to create the wedding or event of your dreams.

Whether it’s promoting our fabulous weddings or events on social media, updating our website, or working as a venue manager, she brings her enthusiasm and attention to detail to make sure that we put our best foot forward to serve our clients nothing less than the absolute best.
